Mrs. Geraldine Young, age 76, of Virginia St., Dieppe, passed away at the Dr. Georgos-L. Dumont Hospital on Monday, June 8, 1998. Born in Memramcook Est, she was the daughter of the late Honoré and Zélica (Gaudet) LeBlanc.
She was a house-keeper for the sick. She attended Ste-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, and was a member of the Golden Age Club of Dieppe.
She is survived by one sister, Dorilla (late Allred) Léger of Dieppe: three brothers, Marcel (Marie) LeBlanc, Honoré (late Marguerite) LeBlanc, Roméo (Joseline) LeBlanc all of Memramcook, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, John Young in 1987; two sisters, Annie, Marie and six brothers, Léonard, Zoël, Alfred, Camille, Eugène and Arthur.
Remains resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with the Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramoriok Est on Tuesday, June 9, 1998 at 7 p.m. with Father Daniel Deveau officiating. Interment in the parish cemetery
